"2009-11-08T00:00:00"^^ . "4"^^ . . "5"^^ . . "I went to Epic Salon this weekend and it was a good experience. My stylist was Tashina. She listened to what I had to say and the outcome was desirable. I told her first thing i am hard to please because I never want to get my haircut, although I'm a repeat offender (as stated in another salon post). I believe this is my favorite style so far. Most people add too many layers even when i say I do not want them, and I was worried Tashina would do the same, but she understood exactly and it came out just right. She was easy to talk to and friendly.\n\nThe only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because at the end it became a little to salesy. I am trying to grow my hair out and it grows very slowly, which I mentioned and when I was checking out they pushed me to schedule my next appt in 6 weeks or as soon as possible. I would look like a boy at that rate, I need to schedule more like every 6 months if I want to see progress and growth. Oh well, the office has a nice atmosphere and the people are friendly. Actually before i close, I have another concern: the base price for a hair cut is $36. I just got a trim to clean up the dead ends, nothing special and she charged me $44, that seems sketchy to me, but I'm a pushover so I didnt question it.\n\nUpdate! So I went back for another hair cut and they gave me a credit without even asking. They indeed over charged me the first time i went. I a, very pleased with this place. Nice feel and quality cuts."^^ . . "1"^^ . "1"^^ .
