No greeting when I walked in. She had her back turned and I waited for her to say anything to me for almost 2 minutes before I piped up with a \"Hello\". She didn't even say \"Hi\" in response just went ahead and told me \"there is a 45 minute wait without an appointment\". Man I should have just turned back right then and there. \n\nFinally was seated around 25 minutes later for a pedicure. No soak time at all - just went straight into the cutting and filling of my nails. The tech then proceed to not only cut me with the cuticle trimmer but also ripped off a blister at the same time. Ouch!! The polish job wasn't much better, the OPI polish I picked came out so streaky and splotchy I had to have her stop the \"fourth\" coat she added to \"fix\" my nails and just had to have her repaint them. \n\nNeedless to say, I will not be coming back. Skip and find someplace else to go. \n\nAlso was pretty peeved about the cash only tip policy. I would have left my tech a tip on credit however with the horrible service I was not going to take out cash on \"their\" ATM with a $4.50 service fee for a horrible job.
