"-Slow to respond to maintenance requests or dont complete them at all\n- So many fees for everything ( if youre even a minute late on your rent upwards of $100, if they see you have things on your patio, if they think you didnt clean up after your dog (which would be a baseless claim) etc. \n-No drop box like most companies have to submit rent payment and sometimes their online system doesnt work\n- Staff is rude and not helpful after you sign lease\n-Manager is no better and unapologetic to any wrongdoing \n-If packages are taken to the office they can turn up \"missing\". I've had things stolen while in their care with no apologies\n-They dont change the air filters in the apartment\n-Allow tow companies to come in and out in the middle of the night looking for cars that might be behind on the registration or something as simple as a flat tire and tow them .
