I have to say that the service and quality of employees has always been consistent and is definitely a reflection of management. I recently visited for dinner and there was only 2 servers on the floor and it was pretty hectic. The cashier / Hostess was a true team player and asset to the team! If not for her I probably would have left angry. I tipped my server and my buser and when I tried to tip the hostess she didn't want to take it because she didn't want to take money out of the servers pocket! She reluctantly agreed after I begged her and explained that I had tipped them over 20%. Which means she did it solely for the sake of the team. There was other diners that she took care of as well. During this time there was an employee I believe from the slot Department attempting to eat his employee meal and expressed concern about me not eating on my way out the door which was very nice considering it's not even his department and I don't think he got to eat. Next morning I came back for breakfast and received excellent Service as usual and I would eat breakfast there as frequently as I do even if it wasn't for the breakfast special. On my way out the door one of the restaurant employees was on her way in and made sure to speak to me and tell me to have a nice day.  She wasn't even on the clock yet, she seemed genuinely happy to be there. I don't drink, gamble, or smoke, but I can say that the restaurant and its employees deserves 5 stars. I've been coming here since way before the remodel, I wish they would bring the salad bar back. If one wanted to see the contrast one could go to Jokers Wild and experience the most horrible service on a regular basis , restaurant managers at Jokers Wild could really learn from the skyline how to build a good team. And the skyline has the best biscuits and gravy in town hands down! Everytime I eat biscuits and gravy I compare them to the skyline, and they never come close.."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
