I've called them half a dozen times and spoke to a man named \"Russel\" several times. The first time I called, he said he can't take appointments and a manager would call me back...spoiler alert: that never happened. I left several messages over the following days and finally got reconnected with Russel who proceeded to shout/yell at me over the phone and finally hung up on me. \n\nIf the manager or owner is reading this: I would seriously consider firing Russel. He is ruining your business. Based on his interactions alone, I am refunding my gift certificate and asking the giver to get me a massage at another local business.\n\nAVOID!"^^ . . . "12"^^ . .
