"Brandon, Matt and the rest of his crew are top-notch. I was referred to Big B's by word of mouth, and I couldn't be happier with their service. I own a BMW, so as you might imagine, I am no stranger to spending time in automotive repair shops. Big B's now has 100% of my business. Every time I bring my car to them they are able to interpret my layman's description of the issue, open the car up, and quickly diagnose and correct the issue. \n\nThe one and only time my car had an issue they could not fix due to the car needing to be reprogrammed by the manufacturer (one of the many joys of owning a BMW), they were quick to pick up and tow the car to the dealership. This occurred during a hectic time at my job, and I found myself extremely stressed trying to figure out how to orchestrate getting my car handled with the chaos of my work schedule. I genuinely can not express the relief I felt when all I had to do was explain what needed to be done and Brandon took over and flawlessly executed getting the car taken care of. No hoops, no yellow-tape and most importantly, my headache was over.\n\nThe final thing I'll mention is the hospitality this shop offers. The majority of my dealings have been with either Brandon or Matt, and both of them have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home in their shop. While I never enjoy car issues, I do look forward to getting my car fixed at Big B's. Most of the time now I bring my laptop and hang out with the guys while my car is worked on, and I generally will get a bit of work done from their WiFi. I genuinely feel as if I am now in the company of friends, rather than purely a business-customer relationship. At this point, Brandon and Matt have more or less eliminated the more problematic issues I used to face with the car, so the majority of my visits nowadays are limited to preventative maintenance."^^ .
