"2016-03-30T00:00:00"^^ . . . "This is the one adult thing I do every year and I love love love my nurse practitioner here. Nancy, all of these stars are for you!!\n\nThe two stars I deducted are for the front office staff. In the three years I've been visiting Shea Women's Care I have rarely had a pleasant interaction with them! I understand it must be difficult dealing with anxious and/or hormonal women every day, but it's still no excuse for their less than thriller communication skills and condescending demeanor. Whenever I have questions about my appointment, they just tell me that I should know their policies because of the waiver or documents I signed when I first became a patient --- THREE YEARS AGO.\n\nIt's absolutely not realistic to expect your patients to remember the fine print on a document they signed years ago. And when I have questions or concerns, I wish the front staff would be more solutions oriented instead of just telling me to refer to the agreements I signed, which I do not have a copy or nor received a copy of when I became a patient. Not very professional.\n\nBut back to Nancy, who I definitely recommend. She manages to remember little details about my life like I just started a new job or was moving to a new apartment the last time I saw her. Her bedside manners are spectacular and I always feel comfortable going to her for a very uncomfortable exam.\n\nAll in all, I would recommend if you need an appointment fast, since they have better availability than some of the other highly rated OBGYN offices in the valley on Yelp. And I definitely recommend Nancy. However, be warned that the front office is not the most pleasant to deal with."^^ . . "0"^^ . "6"^^ . "0"^^ . "3"^^ .
