Usually she can get me in same day for my tattoo removal appointments. I purchased a Groupon for laser tattoo removal and am excited with the results. I was concerned after buying the Groupon and seeing these reviews but thankfully, my experience with the Factory has been great! I plan on getting other treatments done there as well. I schedule my appointments through text and she usually responds same day, sometimes the next day. I'm inclined to think that the negative reviews have had an effect because I have been very pleased with my experience so far."^^ . . . .
