Every time I go, the staff is rude, the nurses are rude, and he is rude. I am in my 20s and married. But he once thought my husband was my dad, he obviously didn't look at my patient profile or he would know how old I am! and know that I wouldn't be taking my dad to the gyno at this age especially! I went into the office in December because I had a miscarriage/chemical pregnancy. He helped me with that and it was fine. But then I went back to him a few months later, he didn't remember me (again, didn't read my profile or he would remember me) None of this stuff is too big of a deal, but here is the final straw for me: I went in because I had been diagnosed with large ovarian cysts on my left side by two ER doctors, they said I might need surgery but it was not an emergency so I had to follow up with my gyno. When I finally got in to see him after doing an ultrasound (this took weeks, by the way, of being in serious pain), he started talking about how I did not have ANY cysts. BUT. He was talking about the wrong ovary! He didn't even pay attention to the side with cysts...again, if he had just glanced at my paperwork, he would have known. It seemed like he just doesn't care about his job anymore or something. We walked out of there completely discouraged, wasting our money, time, and I was still in major pain. I went to new doctor and all is well now (no thanks to Dr. Gatlin). But I don't want other people to go through what I did."^^ .
