Technicians do not bother to explain the process to you and you basically dive in head first not knowing what to expect at all.\n\nI also suspect they dial down the intensity of their treatments\n\nOne of the receptionists (brunette with thin super-arched eyebrows. When you see her, the first thing you'll think is the b-word) is incredibly rude. The phrase \"the customer is always right\" does not exist in her vocabulary as she will not try to accommodate your needs whatsoever. For example, I tried to change one of the areas I had chosen for my Groupon after I completed my first session. The receptionist at the time said I could change it on my next visit (no charge) because I realized I didn't want one area treated. When I came the next time.. the brunette receptionist said \"I don't know where you go this information but its incorrect. If you want to change it's a $85 fee.\" we argued for a bit because I was convinced it was a problem on their end (if a receptionist from your business told me one thing.. regardless of what you think shouldn't you try to make up for the mix-up on your end?) In the end, she cuts me off mid sentence and says \" do you want to change areas or not, I'll do it for free just hurry up\". \n\nThe next incident, I called because it was the infamous Toronto 2013 rainstorm. At the time of the call, the freak storm had not started so I was uncertain if rain would actually come. A receptionist picked up and told me \"It's not like I have zero common sense, I know if its raining you're not going to come\" Oh.. Okay then. \n\nTechnicians are nice albeit rushed but the receptionists need to learn a thing or two about being humble and act like they actually care about their customers"^^ . .
