"They called me back on June 11th & asked if I wanted to get in on June 12th with the nurse practitioner - which I greatly appreciated since I didn't have the best experience the first time around getting scheduled! My appointment did feel rushed but that's just the way it goes. The girl at the front desk was very friendly & I didn't have to wait long. \n\n==========================================\n\nWell I can see why this practice has so many negative reviews on Google. I haven't even been SEEN yet and I'm already very disappointed. I originally called on May 14 to make an \"urgent\" apt since I was having a lot of abdominal pain. I told her that I had Medicare/Medicaid & I wanted to make SURE my visit was covered. So, just to CLARIFY - she knew my insurance since we discussed it in detail. She made the apt with Dr. Michaels for June 7th, & on June SIXTH (the day before my apt) she calls me to tell me that she needs to reschedule my appointment for July 11th with Dr. Gondy, since Dr. Michaels does not accept my insurance. I was so furious because this woman knew I had called multiple times to try to get in EARLIER than my apt time because of the pain I was in! Complete incompotence & major error on her part. I understand that we're all human and we make mistakes, but this is a pretty big f------ deal. She apologized a couple times but it was the most flat apology I've ever heard (I assume because she does it multiple times a day). Unbelievable."^^ .
