One on Monona Drive and one on Verona Road. I have been to both on various occasions and I've always admired the professionals on Monona Drive and noticed the difference in their colleagues on Verona Road. \n\nWillingness to assist, professional attitude, and overall interest in being there is very hit and miss on Verona Road. \n\nSetting customer service aside though, Staples as a whole does run some good sales from time to time and they have a 110% price match guarantee. (There are various ways that you can interpret that. The fine print indicates that they will match the lower price and subtract an additional 10% of the difference between the two prices. I don't have the patience to do the math to see if it somehow does equal 110%. But I do appreciate their willingness and the discount.
