She took the time to explain what some of the more exotic items on the menu were and had a few recommendations since it was my first visit. The Snowy Mocha I had was stellar. She went through a few questions - non-fat, soy, etc. When I told her \"always full fat\" she asked if I would like whipped cream. Yay!
