Front office was fine, PA on duty (which I wasn't happy it wasn't an actual Dr.) took all of a few minutes and seemed irritated to listen. Dismissed how I was feeling but figured she better cover her butt and get me an X-Ray. Had the X-Ray , her exact words were \"I see something but it looks like it could be a previous injury, I will have the radiologist look anyway\" gives me a sling (which believe it or not I am actually being billed for now because apparently the supplies they use have to come from a \"contracted network supplier). How the heck would I, the patient, know that. Get a call about 2 days later saying your fine and that was it!!! I Still don't know what that other thing is the PA saw because they never even mentioned it when they called me back and I am currently fighting with my insurance company and the supplier of the sling (that i ended up not needing) to get my carrier to pay!..."^^ .
