I have experienced not-so-good customer service and listening to employees gossip about customer infront of other customers which made me never return to the store itself but to shop online. \n\nI bought a pink bodum online and the lip hung so it always would leak. I've been holding off returning it because I just didn't want to go into the store again. I finally brought my bodum to work to return it to davidstea downtown.\n\nCarrie helped me and she was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, patient and extremely kind. I was able to exchange my bodum for a pink timolino. She gave me time to think about what I wanted (geez I can be so indecisive) and I asked some questions about teapop which I saw on Instagram. Carrie explained everything to me, she was very very helpful and kind. I'm so happy I found this location and will be a frequent flyer here. \n\nTHANK YOU CARRIE FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE POSITIVE!
