Well I called ahead and asked if I dropped my car off at 12:30 could I pick it up at 3:30 they said no problem. I got there at 12:42 and I asked again if it would be ready by 3:30, 'sure no problem' said the guy in the picture with the dog. I call at 3 to check up and they say more like 4 or 5pm it would be ready. I told them I confirmed 2 times before dropping it off that it would be done by 3:30. The guy on the phone said that by the time I dropped it off (12 minutes after I said I would) that 7 people had come in ahead of me. Lie #1. Got my car after 5:30!\nI also asked to have my tires rotated. When I picked my car my car I asked if they had done it and without a blink of an eye, the gentleman in the front said yes. I realized they didn't rotate my tires because I have a distinct mark on the front passenger tire that clued me in that the service wasn't complete. \nMaybe all this happened because I had a coupon for a free oil change and tire rotation. They might have put me in the 'loser' category. When they should provide exceptional service to get me to come back, making their marketing dollars work for them.\nI realize that the front of the store has to count on the back (mechanics) to do what they are supposed to, so maybe it's time for this store to find out what's going on. If they feel it's an isolated incident, kudos.\nI got a call back from the manager and they simply said sorry and that they would take care of me right away and to bring my car in. What he should of said was, sorry and how do I make this right? \nAnyway, I'd rather not go back. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. \n\nBig 'No' on Warner."^^ .
