"Have been to many spas throughout the Valley over the years and there are a few that I frequent with family & friends and have for years. When Groupon offered a special on this spa, was excited to try it, so purchased the most expensive groupon for my sister and self, for her 50th birthday. They were $180 each groupon price. It included a massage and a facial. I booked them both for us on her birthday, (which was a weekday) a few weeks in advance. The morning of our scheduled appointments I received a phone call that I had booked myself for 2 massages at the same time and then a facial - no, I responded, I booked 2 separate massages and then 2 separate facials and have an email confirmation that they were booked properly. Well she said, they'd see what they could do. They couldn't do the 2nd facial until 3 hours later then the original booked appointment, which was not acceptable, so my sister agreed to a manicure/pedicure instead of a facial. The mani/pedi they gave her was an \"express\", much lesser value than the facial she was supposed to receive. I was led to believe she would get the full treatment. When I brought this up to the spa front desk associate, she said, \"well you are getting a good deal because you have a groupon....\" - - soooo, what's the point. I am not getting what I paid for & what you advertised and I did not make the error in booking & I did not offer this promotion in Groupon, you did, I have confirmation that it was booked properly, you made an error, why is this my fault and why are you telling me what a great \"deal\" I am getting. Very poor service. \nThe massage was good, the facial was nice & the spa facilities were \"okay\". The woman that showed us around, had very broken English and difficult to understand. After waiting for almost 30 minutes to check out, I conceded, that's fine, I won't get what I paid for, I tipped for our services and left, never to return again."^^ .
