After talking by phone and text to the owner and manager, I learned the bad review is because both the masseuse and esthetician were unaware of the nature of the appointment booked online and later confirmed by phone. They thought i'd booked an express treatment of sorts rather than the longer head over heels package. I've since been compensated to reflect the service rendered, rather than the greater/lengthier service booked and paid for using nature's spa online booking system. \n\nThe spa manager contacted me within a couple hours after the appt, and I let the manager know I was not satisfied. The owner later contacted me to explain what had happened and I expressed i felt ripped off because I did pay an excessive amount for the wrong treatments I didn't book. The owner took the time to find out what happened and fix it. \n\nThat said, mistakes happen. I got partially refunded. the experience was probably an unfortunate aberration. the owner is very caring and says she took time to make sure such a mistake doesn't happen in the future by talking with staff"^^ .
