I wasn't entirely satisfied with the substitutions that were made: the arrangement didn't really look like the one on their website and the Red Ginger flowers that were used instead of Birds of Paradise got brown and dried out after just 3 days. Ladybug was extremely responsive when I called them. Five-stars for customer service.
