"This review is strictly based on customer service and apparently a policy that does not make any sense.\n\nThis morning I called to make a Groupon Appointment for my wife which is (prepaid).\n\nAfter the receptionist took the appropriate information she wanted a \"credit card\" to secure\n\nthe appointment. When I explained I felt uncomfortable doing that after being a victim\n\nof identity theft she said that would be ok and we would be treated as a walk-in.\n\nWhat she failed to mention is now your appointment time is \"not guaranteed\" and \n\nthe next so called appointment is 1hr 45 minutes later.\n\nI find this hard to believe as the technician said I can see you in 5 minutes.\n\nThis type of customer service is not acceptable to me and I hope other people\n\nsee this scathing review."^^ .
