When Jeff showed up he looked at the house and what's needs to be done he barely spoke he gave his word that he would bring in other contractors for additional estimates. He never followed up and other contractors never showed. I called the office at least 4 times and expressed my disappointment..... Needless to say I didn't get an apology or excuse either.
