"I wasn't impressed with the front office staff or Dr. Wallace. I tried really hard to like the front office staff and give Dr. Wallace multiple chances to make me change my mind about her, but that didn't happen. \nI felt the front office staff weren't on top of their job duties. I also felt that there was a lack of communication between doctors and front office staff. \nDr. Wallace might be a great doctor for patients that don't have medical conditions/issues/ect but she definitely doesn't do well with patients that do. I felt most of the time I had to ask her to tell me things that I felt she should have been telling me.
