I was looking for a Samsung 65 inch 8000 series and did all the usual checking online with Amazon, Best Buy and Frys's Electronics. I decided to give Walts a call but didn't expect them to be any better in pricing than the \"big boys\". I bought a TV from Walts years ago and had a great experience then so thought I would at least give them a shot. Matthew answered the phone (very cool and easy going) and I gave him the specifics of the TV I was looking for and he gave me an instant quote over the phone that was far better than I had expected. I asked him if they could deliver it (expecting him to give me a delivery fee and at least a 3 day wait period) and he said he could \"Have it delivered within two hours and there is no cost.\" I was like is this for real? Is this too good to be true? I told Matthew \"Ok, let's do the deal\" and was half waiting for him to say \"I'm sorry I miss quoted the price and our delivery truck won't be available until next week but that fortunately didn't happen and I was so pleasantly surprised when we had completed the credit card transaction. So then I waited, thinking I bet they call me back with some bad news or some issue. But within one hour of my purchase I received a call from the Walt's delivery team saying they would be at my house in about 20 to 30 minutes. Sure enough 25 minutes later my door bell rings and guess who's at the door? It was Matthew with my brand new TV! Wow, I was blown away that they sent the salesman to over see the delivery. Matthew and a technician brought the TV in and unboxed and tested the TV right there. I can't believe what a great experience it was buying a TV from Walts. I really mean it. I'm not just saying this and seldom write reviews but this experience was so amazing, so rare, that I had to write a review and share with folks thinking about purchasing from Walts. Any way thank you to Walts TV, Matthew and technician (sorry, don't remember his name) for such an amazing purchase. I also feel better knowing I supported a local company than Amazon. I do love Amazon but have been getting a guilty feeling lately using them. Support your local business's if possible. PS- I LOVE my new TV and my kids can't believe how amazing the picture is. Just awesome."^^ .
