. "I strongly recommend NOT renting from this company. The owner, Chaplain has ways of gathering most of the $1000 deposit we had on the RZR. He insisted we replace both of his RZRs back tires for a total of $632!\n\nWe rented the 4 seat RZR for a trip from Lake Pleasant to Crown King on 3/20/17.\n\nThe 4x4 road drive up to Crown King, was rough and it did have allot of sharp rocks. Both back tires got flats up the mountain. We had these both tires repaired in Crown King. \n\nDays after we returned the RZR, we called and asked about our $1000 deposit, it was only then we learned about the 2 new expensive new tries we were forced to puirchase.\n\nWhen we rented the RZR, both tires were 50% worn and 1 had a plug already. \nChaplain said because 1 tire had the hole in the side-wall it needed to be replaced, (I agree).\n\nChaplain seemed to be only focused on making money off of what happened and not concerned with repeat business.\n\nHere is what should have happened:\n1) Ask us to pay to replace 1 of the back tires, not 2\n2) Charge us a pro-rated amount consistent with the amount of wear remaining on the tire\n3) Charge the customer a reasonable/market-value amount for a tire\n For example, you can but the same tire for $154, free shipping\nhttps://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/723/3237/Maxxis-Bighorn-Radial-Tire?v=12683\n Instead he charged us $238 per tire and $110 for 1 hour of labor, for a total of $638\n\nI asked if I could buy the tires at a more reasonable price...He said no\nI asked to see the invoice for the tire he bought...I was ignored\n\nDon't rent from this business"^^ .
