"so before i start this wonderful review if you search for the moneytree on lake mead and tenaya youll see a ppost from me on there regarding their terrible customer service which brought us to this check city where both ashley and alyssa provided us with real quality service unlike that bullshit moneytree business. we came here after being told by moneytree that our account with our bank had been closed which it did not we then came here where ashley and alyssa both helped us greatly. they have us set up with the same information as moneytree but unlike moneytree our account was still showing open here which proves that moneytree did enter our account information wrong ashley and alyssa were both very nice to deal with and very understanding of our situation they got us in and out within 5 minutes using the same information that moneytree had said was not working thank you sooooo much ashley and alyssa for having wonderful attitudes wonderful customer service skills and wonderful understandings of your comapnay policies they even agreed hey people are human sometimes mistakes happen but unlike moneytree they are much more accurate and when they realize they have a problem they fix it unlike moneytree where they bullshit around and threaten you when they created the problem from now on me and my husband will be bringing any and all business both ours and people looking for recommendations to check city you guys rock"^^ . .
