I started a birthday tradition that only lasted 2 years after last night ....and keep In mind I never said it was my birthday because I wasn't expecting any special treatment .\n\nStay away from the short Hispanic girl with long black hair ( in a ponytail ) she is so rude ! \n\nI first called to ask if I can make a reservation..... her response was \" we don't do reservations over the phone \" so i asked how I can make a reservation, her response was \" come In and if there is a wait then out your name down and we can call you \" THAT IS NOT A RESERVATION ...facepalm ......\n\n\nThen we get there and it was not busy at all , there was a total of 4 of us , but only myself and my partner had arrived . Naturally we ask to be seated because i was super hungry , the same girl who answered the phone told us she couldn't seat us until the entire party was there ...... I can understand if there was people waiting to sit down and they were slammed .....they had at lease 4 open tables ! We had to sit in the hot parking lot waiting for the rest of our party .\n\nOur server was decent , but left halfway through our dinner and didn't even tell us . No one checked on us the entire dinner . Our bus boy basically became our server .....\n\nBefore getting the check my friend had a free meal to redeem and they wouldn't honor it because it was expired last month ....any small business should honor a free meal especially when it goes to show that someone has been there at least 10 times.... but did they no ! \n\n\nLastly ....we asked the so pleasant girl/ host from earlier if we could get our check ......and that it would need to be split by couples ( and we did hand motions to show how to split the check ) well we get the check and she just split it down the middle ! This was a problem because my other half only had one roll and we had some drinks ....so it wasn't a even split .......I kindly ( even though I was completely over this place at this point) brought it to the host attention ......she replied with \" well you said to split it \" ...THAT IS NOT WHAT WE SAID and not only that don't argue with your customers! It then took about 20 minutes to sort out the check fiasco .....I will find a new all you can eat sushi place from now on"^^ . "2018-06-14T00:00:00"^^ .
