Unfortunately, they did the exact same thing. I booked my appointment online to see a specific waxer, double checking twice while I made the appointment, and once while confirming online (the day before the service) to ensure I was going to see the waxer I requested. All 3 times the website said I would be seeing them. When I show up for my appointment, surprise, surprise, I am told that 'I didn't do it properly', and that 'it's too complicated to explain how to do it', but I could wait for an hour and fifteen minutes to see the waxer I had booked with.
