BEWARE \n\nBELIEVE ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS\n\nI HAD A DND ON MY DOOR\n\nSOMEONE KNOCKED AT 8:15 and I was woken up. \nI NEEDED MY SLEEP!\nI went outside and saw nobody\n\nThen I alerted front desk lady and she said theDNR SIGN WOULD BE REPLACED\n\nAbout 30 minutes later I got another knock \n It jolted me out of bed again\n\nTo my shock, a housekeeping guy came and put the sign on my door and knocked of all things !!!!\n\nThen I complained to front desk lady who kept saying general manager named Jacqueline wasn't available \n\nShe said she'd send up Debbie the executive housekeeper \n\n10 minutes later I was interrupted by Debbie knocking \n\nI wasn't dressed or anything \n\nI told Debbie the guy knocked on my door to drop off a DNR \n\n\nShe said : sorry there's a misunderstanding \n\nI told her there wasn't one at all \n\nThen I asked for a refund and she said she had no authority for that request so\nI called IMG the Customer service line and gave details of what was going on \n\nI got a case number \n\n\nI called front desk (Donna?)\nYet again and asked to speak to the general manager \n\nShe said: we are aware of what you want\n\nTHIS WAS MORE EVASIVENESS AS IT WAS A NON ANSWER. They used buzz words like \"MISUNDERSTANDING\" -JUST TO SKIRT ACCOUNTABILITY \n\nAt around 9 AM Jacqueline the general manager called me and by this time I was beyond the point of returning back to bed\n\nShe's the problem ! She put me on speaker phone and I said I wouldn't talk while she had me on speaker \n\nShe ignored me\n\nI repeated myself then she said \"ma'am ma'am \" to distract me \n\nIt didn't work \n\nI repeated again \n\nThen she said \"don't talk to me like that\". hahaha \n\nUsing projection, blame and intimidation on me? Anyway she finally took me off speakerphone \n\n\nJacqueline is unprofessional and she was defensive , she couldn't empathize with my dilemma one bit She made excuses for her sloppy staff and is anti customer all the way \n\nShe's a bad apple for sure\nShe made threats to me on the phone and seemed unstable when complaints are directed towards her \n\nHotel issues: the bed was hard and had a thin bedspread , not a plush duvet \nThe bath water doesn't get hot : just warm\nSatellite TV was down the 2 days I was there \nPlacards and notepad were coffee stained from previous guest s\n\nI wish I avoided this place altogether \nThe corporate office was supportive and told me they had similar complaints on her.
