Not just the DVR issues, the main thing is the billing. Direct TV has been double billing us so please this is a notice to the public. Check your bills as they are robbing us blind. We are on the phone with Direct TV and it took us more than 30 minutes to wait for a supervisor.  They have also threatened us with a service interruption if we don't settle the payment.
