"0"^^ . "I feel that the salon could do soooo much better in the areas of customer service and hair service. I've been there a few times ( big gaps between times) because I was desperate. I love wearing my hair short & sassy. The 1st time I went the person that did my hair was spot on, I was loving it, but then she moved out of the country. Several months later I went back and someone else did my hair. This stylist was gossiping about the other stylist and her personal life, which I really didn't care for. When she finished with my hair the cut was messed up. I spoke to the owner and told her I wasn't happy with the job her stylist did. She said ok I'll fix it. What she did blew-me-away, and not in a good way. She cut my hair, DIDN'T style it and then CHARGED me. Needless to say I was pissed. A year or so later I found out that the person who gave me the nice hair cut the first time was back. Well, she must have lost her skills when she was gone. For one, as she was servicing me she decided to get her hair relaxed by the OWNER, of all people. Who does that. That's not professional and shows little care for your client. The job she did on my hair was so wrong it looked nothing like the job she did the first time. It's super hard to find a salon in the west valley that I could trust to cut my hair short & sassy (and maintain it) the way I like. Actually there are not a whole lot of salons that do Afro American hair in the west valley. When you find one and they are on point keep them and spread the word confidently."^^ . . "2"^^ . . "0"^^ .
