You'll have to call a 1-800-833-0056 and get a call center someplace, could be out of the country. Getting connected is a nightmare. You'll have to listen to a menu, and make a selection even if it doesn't relate to your reason for calling. Then you'll get some stupid CSR. They will lie to you, and put you on hold for a long time. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes when the CSR told me she would connect me with a supervisor. The shipping place closed at 6pm and the CSR told me they would call me at 6:32 pm. What a big liar, why would they call me after they've closed? I got an email that told me my package would be delivered today. I never got the package because there was no apartment number. Why didn't anyone call me and ask me the apartment number? Why didn't the idiot driver go to the leasing office at my apartment complex and ask if I lived there and what the apartment was so they could deliver the package???
