At least that was what I was promised. But that did not happen.\n\nProblem #1: They said they forgot to \"hit the button\" to wire my funds. Which meant I would have to wait until Monday to get my proceeds. Selling your house might involve the largest amount of money you'll ever handle. So it's pretty disappointing when the lack of quality control means you have to sweat it out all weekend.\n\nProblem #2: Monday morning rolls around, they swear they've sent my funds first thing that morning. I stress out all day checking my account. NO FUNDS. Finally I get another phone call. \"Oh so sorry. We transposed your account number so the wire was kicked back.\" We'll send it out tomorrow morning. Seriously?! Awesome quality control First Arizona Title. Unbelievable.\n\nWell we all understand how great businesses work. Mistakes happen, so when it's your fault, you own up to it and do all you can to make it right. Well nothing was offered so I asked. Is there anything you can do to compensate me for these delays, for your mistakes? Uh, no, we can't do that. Not some kind of discount or financial make-good, not a bottle of wine or champagne, not a Starbucks gift card, nada, zip, zilch.\n\nOne star is really too high of a rating for these morons.
