. "0"^^ . "Paid entirely way too much for what we got. Our room was \"cleaned\" and there were no towels replaced or coffee and cups. On top of that we got two suites and asked that they be together. They put us on the 1st and 5th floor. (Obviously not together) The hotel offers a free shuttle and gave us the number to call, but conveniently no one answers the phone! We had to pay $18.00 to park, as guests of the hotel we should have be allotted one free parking space per room. The lady that stocks and handles the breakfast is just down right nasty. Both mornings we ask her for things and tell her thank you and it's like we were bothering her- THAT is your job. Customer service is not her strong point. Very dissatisfied and will take our business elsewhere in looking at hotels the next time we stay in Pittsburgh.
