"Time Warner is the absolute worst!!!!!\nIf I had options in Lorain, I would quickly change over to another service.\nRecently, I had cable installed in November and they were going to send out their vendor to bury the cable line. In May, it still has not been done.\nI called and was told I have an appointment date for the 13th of May. May 13th came and went and it was not done. I called again and was advised that they really have 10 days to service the call and I should be patient. I told the Rep, I have been patient since November. I finally spoke with a Manager and was told, I would receive a call in 24 hours. I again advised them that my lawn company is having a difficult time cutting the grass because this line was hanging out. They said no problem, they will have it done.\nWell on today, the line was cut by the lawn company. I phoned TWC and was advise they were unable to come out until Saturday (today is Wednesday) at the earliest. I mentioned the commercial said 24 hours, not 4 days. The Rep apologized and said this was the earliest.\nA couple of things with this problem:\n1. This should have been taken care of in November.\n2. I was told this was going to be taken care of on the 13th of May and it was not.\n3. I do not have service because of TWC not doing their job and not being dependable.\n4. I forgot to mention, I phoned earlier today because my service is not on because of this cable wire and the Rep (who was off shore), advised he will get someone out today. Well, I call back about 3-4 hours later and they did not have a work order. Their Rep simply said something for me get off the phone. \n\nMy suggestion, is to follow all of these other comments shown here on YELP and if you have options to take them. They are not dependable, they have variable prices, you can call one person and get a quote and then call back 10 mins later and it is a different quote. Customer Service is terrible."^^ . .
