In town on business, driving from CLT airport with an hour to kill.  WHAT A FIND!!!  I had a 'special' dish modeled after a Cajun jambalaya - with a chipotle cream sauce.  A bit off the straight & narrow perhaps, but 'WOW'!!  Succulent (not over cooked) scallops, shrimp and mahi-mahi with rice on the sauce. I was so impressed, I returned after my meeting for Fresh tuna tacos and a side of gumbo. Once again, knock yer socks off great!  Add a mug of cool local brew and I was on the road back home.
