I went up to the front desk girl in a positive mood to ask for my aunt's room, and all she did was give me attitude. She took away my positive mood away . She didn't even try to smile or respond in a nice way.\n \nWhy work or volunteer at a hospital if you are not going to smile and make people feel comfortable. I don't recommend anyone to come here.
