I'm new to the world of tape in hair, so I trusted the word of this individual as valid. 3 weeks in and I look like a platinum blonde poodle. The hair is frizzy, full of static, and expands no matter what I do. I brought the receipts in today to speak with the owner of the establishment, assuming that any vendor of repute would wish to assist a consumer in any way possible with the manner of issue I experienced. Well, I was incredibly incorrect in my assumptions. The owner of the store told me he wouldn't do anything about it. That it was not his responsibility, the only way I could hope for compensation or recourse of any manner would be to contact the hair company directly. Bear in mind, Yelpers, the extensions I purchased are supposed to last between 2-5 MONTHS!!! I have worn them for less than 4 WEEKS, and the supplier of this product is unwilling to assist me in any attempts to rectify the situation. He is completely content to peddle off lower than advertised quality product, and then leave his consumer a bad item. I am now apparently out a little more than $300, because this 'business man' is unwilling to back the product he is selling. And he is now out undetermined amounts of profit because I will absolutely never step foot back in this establishment, nor will I direct any of my coworkers or acquaintances to them either."^^ .
