You speak with Rob directly every single time (except when he's cleaning someone else's carpets!) Messages are returned within the as-promised 24-hour window and scheduling is a breeze.\n\nRob's professionalism shines while onsite as well. Nothing is done without your consent and he makes sure to take care of your house like it were his own.\n\nI have priced out other carpet cleaners in the area (who don't have 5-star reviews) and they were actually more expensive than I Clean Carpets. Even if Rob were a bit more expensive, I would still call him again. Thankfully, his prices are fair and he does a superb job.\n\nIn fact, we're having him come out again this Friday.
