. . "Under absolutely no circumstances should you use this company. If there is any possible alternative, take it. If you are reading this message and then go forward with Prospect Mortgage (now called HomeBridge), I guarantee you 100% that in the future you will remember this review and wish to God you had listened to it. Your choice.\nI have never experienced this level of total incompetence and disregard in ANY business I have ever dealt with. I don't know how they haven't been sued to bankruptcy. On every single level this was a horrible experience, over the course of six frustrating months. If you are doing a 203k loan for a house, please explore every other option before using Prospect. I believe Wells Fargo does these sort of loans as well. Prospect will make your experience a nightmare. That is a promise.\n\nUpdate! Although we thought we were free of this company's nightmare dealings after transferring our loan to a more reputable company, we just had the surprise of finding out that Cenlar, who manages the loans for Prospect, messed up the property taxes while we were with them, so not only do we have money owed to the city now that we didn't know about, but we have additional fees to pay from the collection agency that the city uses. They were sent 8 notices from the city and never paid the taxes. In contacting Cenlar, we were sworn at by the extremely rude staff and told \"there was no way in hell\" they would fix their mistake.\n\nDO NOT USE PROSPECT MORTGAGE, EVER (or HomeBridge, which apparently is their rebrand. It makes me wonder if eventually their reputation got so bad that they just changed their name.) Or any of the companies associated with them. I cannot stress enough that every single thing they can possible screw up, they will."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . . "1"^^ . "2016-07-06T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ .
