"I'm a first-time customer and I had quite an experience here. \n\nUpon dropping off my car for an inspection, the gentleman who helped me--I believe his name was Chris--was helpful, friendly, and professional. He called me a couple of hours later to let me know that I would need new brakes soon as a courtesy, but that my car passed the inspection and that I could come get it any time before closing, which is 5pm. \n\nI had an unexpectedly long meeting and had to call an Uber to get to from my remote office to the shop in time. As soon as I entered the shop to pick up my car, I realized I had left my phone (which has all of my credit cards, ID, money, etc. in the case) in the Uber driver's car.\n\nIn a panic, I explained what had just happened and the gentleman offered to let me use the shop's WIFI to alert my Uber driver of my lost wallet/phone. Once we alerted her, she was kind enough to drive back after her latest fare which took about an hour. Even though the shop was closed, I was offered to wait in the office until my Uber driver arrived and treated to some fun conversation in the meantime. \n\nI'll definitely be back."^^ . "1"^^ .
