I was not satisfied with the cleaning and when I called to speak with the company I was treated so terribly. The whole process turned out to be highly unprofessional. I called them about a cleaning I had done and expected them to make things right. However, I was treated poorly, insulted, and hung up on. Two woman at a location in Las Vegas were extremely rude and did not handle the situation correctly. I was told by Alma that I have no common sense and then told by Kate that in order to talk to someone higher than her that I would need to talk to God.
