"I have had the worst experience in a hair saloon ever!!\nWent in to book Sat morning to make sure I was booked with a stylist that understood what I needed for my hair anyway was reassured there was no problem the stylist I was matched with would be able to handle all my needs\nAfter she arrived 15 minutes late for our appointment I explained exactly that the bleach my last stylist used was not harsh and anyway I to make a long story short I was assured she had been doing hair for 8 years!!!\nI have been crying since she showed me my hair @ 8:15 \nShe told me the purple hair would go away in a couple of washes around my face!!!\nI said to fix it she put some dye around it\nBlew my hair dry and still tried to sell me on the colour!!\nPlease do not think you are going to a top notch salon!!!\nShannon Peever"^^ .
