When I called to set up my appointment, the woman who answered the phone was very friendly. I let her know that I had the Groupon, and she could not be nicer about it! Great to know that they do not get annoyed with customers who like to use coupons!\n\nJamie M. was my stylist. She listened to my concerns and made some suggestions on how my hair should be cut. She also let me know about other services that she offered, such as extensions, color, and makeup for future appointments. I liked the deep-conditioning treatment because it made my hair soft and sleek. My cut was okay, but nothing to brag about. \n\nOverall, I got what I wanted for a good deal, but I don't think I'll be returning to this salon. Don't get me wrong, Jamie was nice and did a good job. But for some reason I just wasn't completely satisfied with my experience here. Maybe it was the atmosphere. I think it was not as friendly and relaxing as other salons I have been to in the past. With my previous hair stylist in California, I would always be happy after my appointment, even if it was just a simple haircut. So yeah, something was definitely missing.
