"I had some serious injuries that St. Rose Sienna dismissed without even checking out or caring about including 5 broken ribs and a lacerated spleen. 3 days later when the pain and breathing got to be too much to handle I went to Spring Valley Hospital E.R for chest pain and was immediately treated. From the receptionists, the nurses, radiologists (Ron), and everyone in between they were absolutely awesome.\n\nI won't hold the Doctors against them since they have little to do with anything anyways. The Doctors could do a bit more but I've come to realize Doctors are extremely lazy and move with no urgency at all. My first Doctor (Hazzan??) I saw for about 15 secs after waiting for him for 2 hours even though he hovered around my door all day. My second Doctor (Sheik) was much more involved and had better bedside manner for sure. I just wish he had written up my work release like I asked for twice. No big deal he wrote it up the next Monday asap. \n\nI stayed overnight and the room was nice. Most people complain about the beds but when you have 5 broken ribs and have to lay in a certain position they're a godsend. Cable T.V, decent kitchen food with many options on your meals. The nurses are quiet during sleep hours and it's easy to get a nice nights sleep. \n\nOverall with everything taken in account I left feeling much better. I'm recovering great and will always go to Spring Valley in the future even if it means a longer drive."^^ . .
