All they have managed to complete is remodeling the leasing office and repaint the exterior of the complex. Their ploy is to lure people in for a tour of one of their furnished models in the hope that person will sign a lease. \nBeware, for once you sign that lease. The facade fades away. There is a plethora of things wrong with this place. First off, the water/trash bill is a shared average between the tenants and the lowest I have seen it is $60. I have a sneaky suspicion that I am paying for HOA for them to tend the grounds. Which doesn't show anyway, this place is constantly dirty. This place offers housing for section 8 as well as discounts for ASU students. So you can imagine the insanity. 3 times I have had to call the cops because moronic frat boys are running around screaming at 3am. I constantly smelling marijuana all over this complex. They offer parking permits for $10 a month (if you would like a covered spot). Unfortunately, more than 60% of the parking is covered. So if you like to pay to park at your own complex, have at it. The apartment itself is a joke. White paint over all the cabinets. Exposed wood screws to hold the cabinet doors on. Twice I had to have them refinish my countertops because they are sticky. Anything hot or heavy would remove a bit of the paint when you lift it up. Same thing with the tubs, just having the shower running will cause the paint to peel. Both times paint company came out to replace it, they claimed we were cleaning it with too strong of a cleaner. So I asked..what should I use. His response was we can only wipe down the tubs/countertops with water and washcloth. Are you kidding me?  Your not allowed to decorate for any holiday on your patio. The laundry rooms are truck-stop worthy so don't let your clean laundry touch the floor. If you have any OTHER complex in mind, go there and save the headache.
