After a heavy rain storm we noticed some impressive leaves in our patio creating damage to our door. We called three companies total, not only was Ariat the only company to return our call, but one of the best companies we have ever worked with. They were extremely accommodating to my Husband and I's bizarre work schedule, both for a consultation and the repair job itself. My Husband meet with Jay and was very impressed by his kindness and professionalism. They fixed the leak and so far we have had no further problems.
