And they do remind you to check in probably 15-20 minutes before your appointment so that you get your time with the therapist worthwhile. \n\nI had Lisa as my therapist. She recommended a scented oil which I liked the most out of all 5 options. My neck and back had been sore for weeks. She really went hard to help me stretch and relax. I still am sore now after a couple of hours, but it's that soreness that makes me feel completely refreshed. And that's how you know the treatment was effective and right on point. \n\nI would highly recommend this place to my friends. You do pay a lot more than elsewhere, but the price can well be justified for the quality and experience you get to enjoy.
