I'm thinking she is going to tell me \"I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do\" but she also went out of her way to call Apple for me and explained to them what happened and exchanged the card with no problem. I was amazed at this store's employees keeping the customer satisfaction at the very best. I would wish the rest of the retail industry in this country would use what happened to me today as a great example how retain a customer and keep them happy.
