"I am in the process of moving from Orange County to Scottsdale, and was introduced to the Optima Sonoran Village by a local RE Agent who actually lives in the complex, and felt it would be a good match for me.\n\nBefore scheduling my trip to come over to Scottsdale and view all the places I was interested in, I spoke to Heather Sims, one of the Leasing Agents at Optima Sonoran. She spent the time to hear my story and what I was looking for and recommended a few units to review when I came into town. It turned out Heather was off the the days I came over, but she was able to notify Emily Mueller, the new onsite Asst. Manager, that I would be coming and asked her to help me out. Emily was already prepped on the places that I had told Heather I wanted to see. That said, Emily was tasked with a chore I'm sure she had no idea was coming her way.\n\nNot only was I looking for an apartment to live, but also had not been in Scottsdale since I was a kid, and I really needed to make sure that Scottsdale was the right place to call home. Therefore, I had a lot of questions about the complex and it's amenities, and wanted to make sure that I knew everything there was to know. Emily was able to show me several units in the different building they have within the complex. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, shared her thoughts on what might be best for me, and took an earnest approach to helping me find the perfect apartment. It's individuals like Emily that make a difference in peoples lives, and that was apparent as we walked through the complex and tenants would talk to her.\n\nAfter two days and several hours of looking and re-looking at all the units that would be a good fit for me, I was able to say I wanted to call the Optima Sonoran Village my home. I can honestly say it's one of the nicest apartment complexes I've ever seen, and all the amenities they have are are incredible. Over the last week Heather has me all set up for moving in, and talking me through what I needed to do going forward. \n\nThank you to the Optima Sonoran Village Staff for an incredible apartment shopping experience, and a special thanks to Emily Mueller and Heather Sims, for all your time spent in helping me find the right unit within your complex, you both made a huge difference in allowing me to realize that I wanted to call Scottsdale and the Optima Sonoran Village my new home - GREAT JOB you two!"^^ .
