In the past year there have been MANY changes, and not positive ones. They moved locations without sending out any type of notification(email,letter, text, etc.)and were closed for two weeks in December. When your child has braces, often things can break or come loose. When your orthodontist is completely unavailable for two weeks, it is pretty distressing. The front desk staff can be quite rude and unprofessional as we'll as the billing department. We have always paid on time and had some miscommunication with our final payment. The women in charge of billing was extremely rude and completely nasty. Wait times to be seen has increased and can be excessively long. I would recommend finding your orthodontic needs elsewhere."^^ .
